Using principals from hatha yoga and Phoenix Rising yoga therapy, Anette creates an environment for her students and clients to explore the connection with their physical body, their emotions and thoughts, and how they live their lives. Facilitating ways for clients to develop their own tolls to be able to navigate their lives with more ease and confidence.


Through therapeutic yoga and yoga therapy Anette creates different ways for her clients to explore where they are in life, and how to develop balance and strength, not only physically, but mentally and emotionally too. She takes a holistic approach to her work.
