"MINDFULNESS THERAPEUTIC YOGA"

YOGA WORKSHOP FOR ALL LEVELS

Do you want to make some changes for better health and well-being? Would you like to find some moments of grounding and peace in the midst of chaos and stress?   This two-session Phoenix Rising Yoga Therapy workshop will (1) Help you explore the relationship between your body, your mind, and your life, and (2) Give you the beginning tools to release physical, mental, and emotional tensions. Work on improving your self-awareness, empowering yourself to make changes in your life, and developing a short personal home yoga practice.

                                                                                                      

 

WEEKLY YOGA CLASSES AT ANETTE'S COUNTRY STUDIO:

Monday Evening - 4 p.m. (two spaces left)

Tuesday Morning - 8 a.m. (1 space left)
